Everything you need to know before you sign up.

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes — no credit card, no time limit, no catch. The Free plan gives you up to 3 users and 500 monitored events per month. Once your team grows or you need compliance reports (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA), the Starter plan picks up where Free leaves off.
What counts as an "event"?
An event is a single prompt submission captured by the Chrome extension — one Send click or Enter press on a monitored AI tool. Metadata only (category, risk level, tool domain, timestamp) is recorded; no raw prompt text is ever stored on our servers.
How does annual billing work?
Choosing annual billing gives you a 20% discount — Starter drops from $79/mo to $63/mo (billed $756 upfront), and Pro drops from $199/mo to $159/mo (billed $1,908 upfront). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time; we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
We'll notify you by email when you're approaching your limit. Events beyond the cap are queued and processed once the next billing cycle begins, so you won't lose data. If you consistently exceed your plan, we'll recommend upgrading — no surprise overage charges.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly from your account settings. If you cancel a monthly plan, access continues until the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled for a prorated refund within 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For annual Pro plans we can also arrange invoice payment — contact hello@zelkir.com.
